Are the number of users restricted?

We will help you choose a plan that incorporates your entire organization hierarchy to ensure maximum participation and engagement. We do not price by user type such as administrator or supervisor.

Can my staff be trained on-site?

We do provide any on-site training at our hourly rate plus travel and expenses. This is only available if you've selected the Gold Onboarding plan.

Can my plan be changed later?

Generally, yes. Specific changes to your plan may depend on the contract agreement with your organization. Contact your account specialist to discuss plan changes.

What do I need to run your software?

Our application works best on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and IE Edge web browsers as well as Android and iOS mobile devices.

Is non-profit pricing available?

Yes, we offer discounts to non-profit companies and government organizations. Please submit a pricing request above for more information.

Are there any setup fees?

Onboarding services begin at a $2,000 one-time fee and includes account setup, user import, and basic configuration assistance. Additional onboarding fees may be required for additional training, support, data migration, or configuration assistance.

What billing options are available?

Your account specialist will do their best to accommodate billing options that work for you. Typically we accept annual payments through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ACH or check.

Will my company data be safe?

Our secure data center, operated by Google Cloud Services, is audited regularly for compliance with SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, ISO27001, ISO27017, ISO27018, and PCI DSS v3.2. In addition, your data is YOURS, we do not own, sell, or share ANY of your data. For more information, see our security page.
