This leadership development program provides supervisors and managers with essential insights into human behavior, motivation, and the psychological factors that drive workplace relationships and performance. The most critical aspect of effective leadership is developing strong relationships between management and employees—relationships that directly determine organizational efficiency, discipline, safety, security, and productivity. Participants will explore foundational theories of human behavior including Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, which explains the progression of human motivations from basic physiological needs to self-actualization.
