This leadership development program provides supervisors and managers with essential insights into human behavior, motivation, and the psychological factors that drive workplace relationships and performance. Supervisors will learn from the landmark Hawthorne Studies, which revealed that worker productivity increases when employees feel valued and receive attention from management. The training covers Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory, distinguishing between job hygiene factors (working conditions, salary, policies) that prevent dissatisfaction and motivational factors (achievement, recognition, responsibility) that create genuine job satisfaction and engagement. Additional topics include the critical role of feedback in performance management, understanding perception and how it shapes workplace interactions, recognizing and addressing employee feelings and attitudes, and applying motivational strategies to inspire peak performance. This program equips supervisors with the psychological understanding necessary to build positive relationships, motivate diverse teams, and create a workplace culture that maximizes both employee satisfaction and organizational success.
